Guardian Care’s Response to COVID-19
We at Guardian Care would like to reassure all of our clients and anyone in need of services from us, that we will continue providing services through these difficult times. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic we are implementing new safety measures for our workers so that we are able to continue providing the quality services that we uphold. Our workers have completed an Infection control training course and will be wearing protective gear such as masks and gloves, they will also continue to practise correct hygiene on all shifts.
We are also implementing new ways to deliver services to our clients, some of these are maintaining social distancing even inside clients’ homes, we are offering phone support to help our clients cope with the social isolation they are going through by being in lock down at home.
Our workers are allowed to complete shopping tasks for clients while the client remains at home. Home care shifts will continue as normal with our workers taking all precautions to avoid the spread of the virus.
