Suggestions: We want to hear your ideas on how we can improve things, develop new services or do things better. This will help us to improve our services and ensure they meet your needs.
Complaints: We want to know when you’re not happy with our services. A complaint can be about a person, a service or about any unsatisfactory experience you had with Guardian Care.
Compliments: These are your thoughts on what we are doing well or may be recognition of a person you work with. By telling us what you are happy with, we can aim to continue to do these things and pass on your compliments to our staff.

If your feedback is a complaint we will investigate it and respond to you within 10 working days.
We will keep you informed of the investigation’s findings and will aim to achieve a quickly and fairly resolution.
We will Keep you informed of the measures we are implementing to correct the situation.
You can remain anonymous, however if you wish to be kept informed of the investigation you will need to provide us with your contact details in our feedback form.
All the information you provide will remain confidential and will only be used by Guardian Care staff members conducting the investigation.
